Money 101: Graduation & Student Loans

Two employees of the CSU, Chico Student Financial Services office discuss how students who are graduating with loans to repay can avoid financial pitfalls. They start with basic information that students should know about their loans when they graduate: how much they owe; when they need to start making payments; what their options are for repayment; and what happens if they cannot pay. It is especially important to prepare carefully for repayment. The presentation also includes a quick overview of how to budget.
