Nikki Shrestha is a CSU, Chico student, and a Nepalese immigrant. When she was a young child, her family received an opportunity to emigrate, and they took it. From Kathmandu, Nepal, to Boulder, Colorado, to Chico, California, Ms. Shrestha shares her experiences and perspective. Ms. Shrestha gives a personal presentation on Nepalese culture, beliefs, and daily life, and hosts a Q&A session in which she discusses her life in Nepal and the adjustment to American life as young immigrant.
