Four professionals share how their college degrees in biological sciences have led to fulfilling careers in the field of Ecology and Natural Resources. Jody Gallaway received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from CSU, Chico and owns an environmental consulting company in Chico. Darren Minier is an animal behaviorist at the Oakland Zoo. Botanist Linnea Hanson is retired from the US Forest Service. John Sandberg works in an aquatic bioassessment lab, where he evaluates the health of specific bodies of water.
