In a live interview, Chico alumnus Todd Bishop shares stories and hard-learned knowledge regarding how he succeeded in journalism and started a successful business. He describes how students should position themselves for future opportunities and the importance of a network of professional contacts. Mr. Bishop was a tech blogger for the Philadelphia Enquirer and The Seattle Post Intelligencer before co-founding the successful technology news site, GeekWire. He graduated from Chico State in 1996 with degrees in Journalism and Business Administration. While earning his degrees he was also the managing editor of The Orion.
